Complaint against Yatra.com for non-receipt of refund against unsuccessful transaction – Rs.5,818/-: Mr Shekhar Pal of Kolkata (dr_rspal(at)rediffmail.com) had tried to book a return ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata with Yatra.com on 14th Sept,09 using my HDFC bank credit card. Cancellation and refund from Tradus Rs.4,201/-: Akshay Bhat of Jharkhand (akshay[at]astra.xlri.ac.in) ordered one Casio Edifice watch from Tradus at a discounted price of Rs.4201/-. Refund from PayTM – Rs.14,995/- : Javed Akhtar of Kota 324005, Rajasthan had ordered “Casio G-Shock GG-1000-1A3DR(G662) Analog digital watch for men” from paytm on 01-11-2017. Order was of worth 14995. However, he received a different watch on November 3. He raised return request on same day but there was no reply from Paytm for long time. Refund from Yepme – Rs.250/- – Mr. Prince Gupta of Faridabad, Haryana 121005 ordered a product with Yepme ( order No.32333647) but the order was cancelled by them without any intimation. Even after three months the customer did not get refund. He posted his complaint at ICF on 23-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. The customer finally got his money back on 21-12-2016. Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. Mobile replaced by Micromax: Mr. Vaibhav Sawaiker of Borivali East, Mumbai 400066, Maharashtra (sawaiker_vaibhav[at]rediffmail.com) had purchased a Micromax phone on 07-04-2013. Since January 2014, he was having series of problems which could not be rectified even after servicing. He wanted a replacement but Micromax was not willing to do the same. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
