Complaint against Yatra.com for non-receipt of refund against unsuccessful transaction – Rs.5,818/-: Mr Shekhar Pal of Kolkata (dr_rspal(at)rediffmail.com) had tried to book a return ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata with Yatra.com on 14th Sept,09 using my HDFC bank credit card. Refund from Yepme – Rs.250/- – Mr. Prince Gupta of Faridabad, Haryana 121005 ordered a product with Yepme ( order No.32333647) but the order was cancelled by them without any intimation. Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
