Amount debited from my hdfc nre account through UPI transaction for a bus booking, but no booking done. Again I have made a booking and amount paid through debit card transaction, this time booking was done. I have sent mail to gobusescalations[@]goibibo.com providing deduction proof, but no response. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one.
