Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application: Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address. His application remain unattended till 23-09-2009 when he posted his complaint in the Forum. ICF took up the matter with BSNL officials who were kind enough to resolve the issue. Cancellation and refund from Tradus Rs.4,201/-: Akshay Bhat of Jharkhand (akshay[at]astra.xlri.ac.in) ordered one Casio Edifice watch from Tradus at a discounted price of Rs.4201/-. Reund from jblcharge2 – Rs.2,500/- : Mr. Nagaraj Maiya of Udupi 576101, Karnataka ordered JBL speaker on jblcharge2.in. He received speaker by kartrocket.com on 14-04-18 but unfortunately received speaker was fake and fully damaged. The customer wanted to return the product but could not.
