Ordered iphone 11 through an Instagram page in WhatsApp. Value: 35000. I ordered an iPhone 11 by seeing a page in instagram named gadget_store_2 , and paid them 35000 through Paytm on September 18,2021 . Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
