Goods were delivered only in part and for the remaining goods Ms. Shilpa had been sending repeated reminders but to no avail. Refund from Subhbandhan matrimony – Rs.4,000/-: Mr. Harsimran Singh of Amritsar, Punjab registered with Subhbandhan matrimony services for suitable proposals by making a payment of Rs.4,000/-. As per the consumer, the agency provided fake number and contact for proposal was not genuine. Mr. Singh requested for refund which was denied.
