Refund not received from Maxbhi for cancelled order

As I purchased mobile display with Touch for Xolo era 4k in maxbhi.com..on 17th April 2017..but it has been cancelled by Maxbhi with in few days due to No stocks…but still I didn’t get my refund money Rs 2104..The given one Request Id 10550.
