Refund from Go Ibibo / Spicejet – Rs.12,294/-: Mr. Paramjeet Ganguly of Bangalore had booked a flight ticket on Spicejet through GoIbibo which was cancelled due to covid. The the Airlines confirmed refund to Go Ibibo the customer did not get refund from GoIbibo. Mr. Ganguly posted his complaint with ICF on 15-12-2020 and the matter was taken up Go Ibibo. Refund from Paytm – Rs.400/-: Mr. Rahul Aggarwal of Punjab (Email: rahulaggarwal248[@]gmail.com) wanted to add 400rs paytm cash to his paytm wallet. The money got debited from his bank account but he did not receive the same in the Paytm account. He was told that the money will be refunded but refund was not done.
