Delivery of Motorola phone – Rs.15999/- : Mr. Charan Hemanth kumar of Bangalore 560064, Karnataka ordered Motorola mobile “moto g71 5g” from the website “motorola.in/” on 23rd September 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered by 27th September 2022. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. However, customer did not get refund and he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-04-2021. The matter was taken up with Travolook and customer finally got his refund by 20-04-2021. Refund from Hitplay: Piyushi Gupta (piyushigupta9[at]gmail.com) of Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana had ordered a citrus spritzer-home on 15/05/2013. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund.
