No delivery, no refund from Shopaaz

I’ve ordered Redmi note 4 of rs.12,500 on 3rd May from Shopaaz.com & got a conformation message also but after 7 days they cancelled my order due to shipment not available & sent a message saying amount will be refunded within 7 working days with 5%cash back but still now i didn’t get any refund …

Delivery of Motorola phone – Rs.15999/- : Mr. Charan Hemanth kumar of Bangalore 560064, Karnataka ordered Motorola mobile “moto g71 5g” from the website “motorola.in/” on 23rd September 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered by 27th September 2022. However, even after a week the phone was not delivered and the customer approached ICF on 01-10-2022. The matter was taken up with the company and the customer got delivery on 03-10-2022. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
