Complaint against mumbai-flower-shop.com for non-delivery – Rs.1,399/-: Mr. Ajay Ojha of Kharadi, Maharastra ordered for bunch of flower worth Rs 1399 on 13th Feb through http://www.mumbai-flower-shop.com/. Although the amount is transfered but flower was never delivered. Mr. Ojha followed up with the site for last 2.5 months but the amount was still not credited to his account. But the product did not work and was sent back to Homeshop18. He however did not get refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2015. Refund from Yepme – Rs.250/- – Mr. Prince Gupta of Faridabad, Haryana 121005 ordered a product with Yepme ( order No.32333647) but the order was cancelled by them without any intimation.
