Complaint regarding refund due from GTPL

Not getting feedback from GTPL. I have asked GTPL team to refund my amount as the connection is not done and I have done the pre payment. They are only saying the refund is under process but I haven’t received even after 7 days of this. Can you please help me to get the refund …

Hidden charges by Makemytrip – USD 70.50 (approx INRS 3,650): Sainath Akula, Parkcrest Cir, VA (Email: sainath.a(at)gmail.com) purchased travel tickets from http://www.makemytrip.com for self and family.
