Complaint regarding Jio call drop

I purchased new Jio Sim 4days ago….N activate 399 plan in…. Nearest retail plan is activated but call dropping… Network also fine n internet also coming…But only call dropping problem…I complained to Jio service but not problem solved my complaint no.
