I had taken a loan from bajaj fin serv for which the interest amount has regularly been deducted by ECS. I have also made part payments at intervals. The problem is the used to have some or the issue with their app that would not allow me to make the part payments at time. From last two three months there was a deduction of 250 inr every month for which I enquired the bajaj fin serv ppl who denied that it was being done by them. I then enquired my branch manager who gave me a detailed statement of my account where it was clearly seen that the deduction was been done by bajaj fin serv. To which I mailed them to bring up the issue. Also one day I got a msg stating that 4500 was due on my part. I again wrote a mail enquiring about what was the extra amount for. After not getting a satisfactory answer I got another msg stating that my loan emi for next month is x amount and will be deducted on due date.. But to my surprise the emi amount had been hiked by 800 ru without any prior information.. Also when I had not drawn any further money from the account for past 2 months. On sending a mail comprising all the problems and after contacting the agent multiple times.. I was being denied any answer and only reply was mail your problem. One day I recieved call from the customer service, the lady clearly denied that 250 ru that were being deducted were being received by bajaj fin serv. When I argued that I have complete bank statement she again n again denied the fact, till I said that I’ll have to see them in consumer forum then. She all of a sudden agreed that it was being done by bajaj and that it was a mandate. On being asked several times she kept stating it is mandate, what mandate she wouldn’t say. On pressing the issue.. She said that you have bounced emi. I told her that I have your SOS report and check it properly I haven’t missed even a single emi, to which she replied that there was a annual manitainence charge of around 4500 that could not be deducted due to low balance. I told her that I should have been informed prior to any kind of deduction from my account and nobody informed me that AMU was to been deducted and when. I got a message regarding 4500 maintenance charges a few days back while you have been illegally deducting the 250ru every month from my account for past three months.. They have not only decieved me also affected my CBIL score.. They won’t even answer your questions and keep dumbing things on others. Horrible ppl these are. I have heard from many ppl that bajaj fin serv keeps doing such things to their customers and is not at all reliable and transparent. Apart from this the lady from costumer care started threatening that you have signed the papers/ contract so you cannot object.. Under my democratic rights I have every right to question you for every penny you take from me. On asking that how is that the emi amount has all of a sudden increased without me drawing any further money she had no answer and said she’ll have to check. Their app is so third grade that it’ll hang anytime. It had also started showing double the amount of loan I have been issued. I don’t think I can trust these ppl anymore
