I had approached to take a Home Loan from Bajaj Finserv. While I took the loan, I gave all my details as cancelled cheques with my account number. Due to some reasons, loan amount has not been disbursed but Bajaj Finserv have presented the cheques in my PNB account which I had given to them and thus Rs.70,000 has been debited from my account.
I called up the Bajaj executive who was handling my loan case Mr. Rxxxh Kxxxxxr to sort this out and he promised me to do so but its been 6 months that nothing has happened. Now a days he even start ignoring my calls .
I have also complained regarding this to the consumer forum and also will take legal action in case I do not get my money back.
