Books etc ordered on March 22, 2017. Tracking number generated on March 27. Order value of book kits 10723 paid in advance. Their standard time of delivery mentioned online is 18 days all over India. As per advise by consumerhelpline, last mail was dropped on May 4, 2017 for confirm delivery by last week or return the full amount paid immediately with interest and cost of communications. Complete sets of books still not delivered and payment is also not returned yet. Appropriate penalty and compensation requested.
