Broken eggs delivered by Grofers

I have ordered egg Tray from Grofers and 10 egg are broken from in the tray. I called in the same number however the call was disconnected automatically. Infact in the site its mention they will take sodexo coupan however they have refused to take it in the time of delviry because i have sodexo card however delviry boy said they don’t carry the punching machine. I asked him to the return of the product he said it will arrange in the next order because in the phone he accept the delvery order and he cant change because delevery time is over.

But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails. Mobile replaced by Micromax: Mr. Vaibhav Sawaiker of Borivali East, Mumbai 400066, Maharashtra (sawaiker_vaibhav[at]rediffmail.com) had purchased a Micromax phone on 07-04-2013. Since January 2014, he was having series of problems which could not be rectified even after servicing. He wanted a replacement but Micromax was not willing to do the same. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
