Building not refunding money

Builder not refunding my booking amount of Rs. 1001536/- as he failed to construct flat and builder sent letter for refund /repayment of our booking amount but not yet started paying back money as per repayment scheduled given by Builder only. We booked flat in Urban Mango and Builder name is Four Ace Infraprojects Ltd. Kolkata. Flat has been booked 10th December, 2015 and Builder not started construction even till date and always given false committments.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.2,500/- – Mr. Komal Prabhu of Bicholim, Goa had returned a product to Yepme against order 32865300 dt.21-11-2016 and was expecting refund from them.
