Cable operator not refunding security deposit

Sir my cable operator is not showing channels of my choice and they are also taking Rs.50 extra every month. They re not following any of the TRAI rules. They are showing channels as per their own wish and charging according to their wish. Now they have stopped my cable connection. My set top box has a security deposit of Rs.1200 which they are not returning. Please get my security refund.
plz solve my problem.
