I have ordered a cake with order no 5549558 on 12th May 18 for 12 may delivery itself for my sisters daughter’s birthday, but it’s not delivered and there delivery boy gave first call at 2123 hrs on 12th and in mail I am receiving a confirmation delivery report saying that your order is delivered at 2108 hrs. I am here in Muscat, Oman.and also gave call to their customer care so that swift delivery can be arranged, but nothing happened. They have not delivered it and sending false delivery report in may mail. I am attaching the copy of e mails by them.
