Case against fraud company for data entry job

A fraud company named Spectra Solution gave me a job of data entry in that they gave me a task of filling 1000 formsin 10 days. I started the work in first day the website was working properly but in second day when i opened the website inorder to do the work it falsefully showed that the website was crashed and the company sent an email to pay money to them or else they will file a case without any mistake. I request u to please take action against such type of company. The name of the company is Spectra Solution.
