No response from 24*7 customer care. Value: 350. I ordered on zomato via paytm wallet using a promo code as it said cashback offer. But I never received any cashback even after 5 days. I reported it to the customer care. But they don’t respond. There is no other means to contact them as well.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. I ordered 3 items costing me ?255. I used the promocode WELCOME175 and it saved me ?125 on the order and a 50rs cashback on the paytm. So i had to pay 130 rs. I recieved the order but i didnt get 50rs cashback in paytm. To my surprise one of the item which i ordered of cost ?50 was missing. I chatted to some guy in zomato app and he was sorry for the mistake but he was only willing to pay half amount.
He knew that it was their mistake but still he paid only half the amount. It has been 15 hour since i received the order but no cashback.
I experienced the same thing today i did not get my cashback as i ordered for 476 and didn’t get any cashback, the customer service had no answer. It is really necessary to take action against zomato as they are fooling customers around.
I have ordered food in zomata and I paid my bill via paytm, I applied the cashback offer but I didn’t received any cash back yet.
I too ordered on Zomato and made payment via paytm.I applied the promocode which promised to give cashback,it has been 3 days till now I didn’t receive any cashback.
There are no means available to contact their customer support.

Similar thing happened with me when I didn’t receive cash back for Zomato for payment made through Paytm on 12/03/2022. Zomato asked me to contact Paytm, while Paytm didn’t have any redressal forum. Paytm actually don’t give cashbacks, So I strongly suggest Zomato to remove Paytm cashback section from their app.
In actual sense Paytm & Zomato are busy in making profit by distracting the customer through their misleading & fake promo codes.
We must avoid the use of Paytm & Zomato.
