I am having bank account in SBI, Ladwa road Pipli branch code as 16968. I made a transaction from other bank ATM HDFC on 9th of June, my amount was deducted from account but was not dispensed from the ATM.
I raised complaint from customer care SBI on 14th June, complaint number as 105542474. Earlier they told the ETA is 5 days for the complaint to be resolved but it was not resolved. On 28th I call the customer care and suddenly I came to know that my ticket is closed and I was told to contact home branch that is Ladwa Road Pipli branch code as 16968.
I emailed and contacted home branch but no response from them also. And no body is willing to help me to get my money back.
