On 25th January 2018, I made a recharge of ?399 of my Jio prepaid number on ‘Bhim Axis Pay’ Android App using my UPI linked Canara Bank account. The App promised a flat cashback of ?100 on such Jio recharges made before 15th Feb, which would be remitted directly to the account from such the transaction was made within 15 days of the transaction. Axis bank has not remitted the cashback promised as per the Terms & conditions even after so many days. I raised an In App query in this regard on 1st Feb but the query was neither resolved nor responded to. I called the customer helpline number several times but they didn’t resolve the matter. Now the Query is closed with the message that the CashBack is already remitted which isn’t true. I feel cheated & totally helpless. No action has been taken by Axis Bank so far. I’m one among thousands who are stranded by this faulty management of Axis Bank. Please help me in this regard.
