Cellspare is not replying and not returning amount

I have ordered motherboard pcb for Nokia Lumia 640 XL from www.cellspare.com and paied Rs.2100/- on 03-Jan-2018. I received a mail saying the order will be delivered by 23-Jan-2018. In the meanwhile I tred to lot more times to interact with the seller to get shipment details. They haven’t responded back on live chat and even for my mails. On 23-Jan-2018 afternoon I cancelled the order as I haven’t received any information regaring to my order. I sent another mail from their contact us form in their portal and still haven’t received any response back yet. If they are not delivering the product, they should return my amount which they are not doing. When I saw the reviews of the site, there are lot of negative reviews on them. Seems I am not the only one who is suffering from them.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
