Channel not activated by DEN even after payment is done

I made payment for 2 DEN set top box 4 days ago. Since 4 days after payment ajtak and ajtak tez channel is still not activated by NNC Cable operator ulhasnagar 4. I called him several times and no response was received since days. After payment is done still no response is received. His contact no. Is 0251xxxxxxx0 i request you to please take as strict action as possible.
