Charging 3 months subscription in my credit card without my permission

Charging me 3 months subscription in my credit card without my permission. Value: 5900

From credit hard they Bharat matrimony have charged me 3 months 5900 autopay which they claim they haven’t received and I dint have the means to pay but interest is being added since I haven’t cleared the amount. I tried contacting them regarding but each time they claim they haven’t recieved payment and my bank can do nothing about it. Please kindly help.
