Charging more than MRP for Baskin Robbins

At snowcity bangalore I wanted to buy a basking Robbins ice-cream and the one I picked the price mentioned in it was ?.110 however the seller was selling it at ?.160 saying it is inside the promises and it cannot be sold at MRP. Immediate action required.

Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,931/-: Mr. Alpeshkumar Gohil of Nani Rajasthali, Gujarat 364270 booked flight tickets on portal Travolook on 23-03-3021. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.18,999/-: Ms. Dhanya Nair of Pathanamthitta, Kerala (dhanscn[at]gmail.com) placed an order with Snapdeal for a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini i9192 Black Mist on Cash on Delivery basis. She could not open the courier before making the amount. However, after making the payment, she was astonished to find 2 pieces of wood and one piece of stone in the case instead of the mobile.
