I have an SB Account 6xxxxxxxxxx7 opened as a special SB ( i.e., Excess money in the SB gets transferred to MOD and whenever the funds in SB goes below the minimum balance money from MOD is transferred back to SB automatically) Now I have funds in MOD but it is transferring back to SB and SB is charged a fine for not maintaining the minimum balance. Is it my mistake if the funds is not getting transferred to SB? Also I am not able to withdraw or transfer money in MOD. It is locked. I want the money soon. In spite of repeated complaints and mails there is no response from the bank and also the branch never receives the phone call.
