I was planning to move my belongings from Pune to Odisha on 22nd June 2020. I have contacted ARC movers known as Advance Relocation Cargo (Bangalore). As i was in Bangalore before, i knew this service was active.
So i contacted them on 5th June (almost 3 weeks before the actual movement) to know if they can do the shifting from Pune to Odisha. And they said yes. But they asked for a token amount of 1000 INR.
I had provided them the token money and on 21st June they also confirmed that they will be coming for shifting around 2 PM on 22nd June. However till 4PM no one came and then i started following them.
Around 5PM he gave me another number to talk to and that guy told me it will cost me double the amount what was been discussed at the starting. Then i had to say them no because they were not trustable and on the day of shifting they will say the price is higher than discussed.
I said no and asked for the refund of the token amount. They said, they will do the refund. I waited for 5 days but still there was no refund. Then i called them again, they sadi to do it today but they didn’t again. Now its 6th of July. They are not receiving my call and not refunding the amount. I have attached the screen shot of confirmation to come on 22nd June and money transfer of 1000.
