Cheated by Tjori, received water instead of Sandalwood mist

Had ordered a bottle of Sandalwood mist from Tjori on 19th Feb 2018. IT arrived on 1st March 2018. I have been literally cheated with a bottle of water instead of mist. Completely odorless and useless. And my all comments regarding the same on their facebook page are being marked as Spam. Order Id – 2-0045393E1

Refund from Yepme.com – Rs.1046/- Amrita Seal of New Alipur, West Bengal (Email: amrita.seal88(at)gmail.com) had ordered Two product in Yepme.com (online shopping) worth Rs.1046. Yepme mailed Mr. Seal that since the product was out of stock they will refund the money. However, till lodging the complaint with ICF on 05-12-2012 he did not receive refund. Complaint against mumbai-flower-shop.com for non-delivery – Rs.1,399/-: Mr. Ajay Ojha of Kharadi, Maharastra ordered for bunch of flower worth Rs 1399 on 13th Feb through http://www.mumbai-flower-shop.com/. Although the amount is transfered but flower was never delivered. Mr. Ojha followed up with the site for last 2.5 months but the amount was still not credited to his account.
