Cheque book not delivered by velex couriers

I had requested a cheque book from kotak bank which was couriered through Velex courier on 6 Jul 2020 and is showing last status as recieved at Velex thane office on 8th July… I am chasing courier office from 9th July and each day they are telling out for delivery would be delivered.. It’s almost 6 days still not recieved
