I have bearing Account no 1xxxxxxxxx0 of SBI Main Branch(0310) Ambikapur, Surguja (CG)-497001 I have applied for cheque book in the month of Aug 2017 but it was not delivered in my registered address till the date then during my next leave visited to the branch and ask about the cheque book they suggest me check at post office when i have checked at post office they shown the delivery at the respective branch vide post No.(EQ912146339IN) on 01 Sept 2017.again visited the branch and seek there not found cheque book so given an application regarding closing the Saving account, he said first surrender the cheque book then will be closed. they have spent my valuable time and money & in addition harassed to me . finally i have complain through online vide ticket no. 3521685134 on 27/11/2017 but could not given positive response. kindly look in to the matter seriously of ill response and unhappy services provided by SBI Main Branch Ambikapur with the valuable customer.
