Claim refund from Amazon for non-returnable products

Many of the products sold by Amazon are returnable within a specific time period. Most of the electronic products come with 7 days service centre replacement. This would mean that customer needs to take the defective product to the service centre for replacement. However, there are some products which are non-returnable(e.g.  grocery under Fresh products, mobile covers, kitchen appliances). If a customer receives any of these non-returnable products then s/he might find it difficult to deal with the situation.  We give below guidelines to deal with the situation so that the customer get remedy.

a) Issues with non-returnable product could be mismatch weight and package details, defective product, wrong product.

b) As soon as you receive such products, you should immediately contact the customer care over phone or chat.

c) Take photographs of the product and provide the same to Amazon. This is done through Chat or through email link provided by Amazon customer care.

d) If the issues are genuine, you will be offered replacement or refund.
