I made booking through cleartrip a flight from Delhi to Kolkata for 5 aug 2017. Where the airline has charged excess of user development fee (IndiGo) as they was a notice from DGCA that flying after 7 July from Delhi airport the UDF amount has been cut down to ?12 from domestic where the airline charged ?564.
On 19 July I made a request to indigo they refunded the amount of ?552 to cleartrip as they being my merchant . I gave all the prove to Cleartrip with screen shot from airline that the money has been refunded. It’s almost 25 days I am mailing them and calling they there executive they always say within 2 day your money would be reflected in your account. As a customer they are just creating problem for us. I want you to help me getting my money back.
