College not issuing detailed mark certificate

I completed my Bsc(ZOOLOGY regular) from Govt. College Dehri Distt: kangra(H.P) Pin code: 176022 in 2016. I am trying to take my DMC from last one year. But College is not giving my DMC. Every time they make excuses and send me back with new excuses. At this time my Dmc are very important to go for higher studies. Its my humble request to do something about my problem. Plese help me…. Please find attached for detail.
