Complaint against Syberplace – Rs.7,999/-: Mrs. Sugi Jose of Rt nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka had placed an order with Syberplace on 07-03-2016 for a smartphone. However, she neither got the phone nor refund and there was no communication from Syberplace. Mrs. Jose posted her complaint with ICF on 24-03-2016 and the matter was taken up Syberplace. Refund from Travolook – Rs.11,281/-: Mr. Kamlesh Bajaj of Gandhidham, Gujarat 370240 booked tickets for the journey from Kanpur to Delhi on 24th Jan, from Delhi to Ahmedabad on 26th Jan, and from Ahmedabad to Kandla on 26th Jan, 2021 through Travolook, paying total amount of Rs.11,281.50. MakeMyTrip.com fails to pay full refund – Rs.1000/-: Mr. Soutik Das (das.soutik@indiatimes.com) of Kolkata had received Rs.1,000/- short against the cancellation refund of his air tickets booked through MakeMyTrip.com. Refund from Industrybuying – Rs.34,190/- : Mr. Donboklang Khardewsaw of Shillong 793001, Meghalaya purchased a projector from Industrybuying but received a defective product.
