Refund from Craze n demand – Rs.2,800/-: Mrs. Sunita Baksha, Pune, Maharashtra ordered sarees from crazendamand from their site vide Orders No. 20820 and 20821 dt. 27 March 2018 by paying Rs.2,800/-. Refund from MakeMyTrip.com: Mr. Volodymyr, Ukraine, Kiev (Email: oliynikaa(at)voliacable.com) had unsuccessful air ticket booking transaction (FLTINT100095741816) with MakeMyTrip but his credit card was debited for the same. Mr. Volodymyr submitted his complaint with ICF on 20.05.2010. ICF took up the matter with MakeMyTrip and the Mr. Volodymyr got his refund credited to his account on 26-05-2010. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.1,847/- : Shabeer Ali of Malappuram Dist, Kerala 676122 had purchased items from Snapdeal on 11-11-2014 and then cancelled some items later. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
