Compailnt against cable operator

We are using In cable service since long. Many times we use to see some channels only as desired by the operator prior to 31.01.2019.We complain by phone then after some times we can watch it for few days and agint not.
From 01.02.19 we can watch only the free to air channel only. We have select the channels & paid the amount. He said it will be start within 2 hours but upto today i.e. from 2 months we could not watch the channels. We have complained the same to the concerned person Mr. Axxxxxt Kxxxe & Mr. Exxxxxxr Hxxxxxxe, But no one could answer us & not starting our channels. From last 2-3 days, he even not picking up our phone. Please do start our cable or repay our payment immidiately
