With due regret I want to inform you that my son bought a phone Redmi 4 32gb Golden variant from Amazon. Due to some problem in the handset we returned it to them and asked them to change it . They received the phone back by 25 of july 2017 and it has been now more than a month we have not received any response. They neither give us the money back nor the changed handset ! We have called up there customer care centre many time but due to their unprofessional ethics no response was given
Please take it into your consideration and immediately take an action against them
