Purchased Bags online not delivered. I have purchased a set of bags on online site named Bagsplanet. My order ID is 5568 on 07/11/2017. i paid the full price of Rs. 2021 by my credit card. I have not received the purchased items. Inspite of several Emails, no response received from the Bagsplanet.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. I had purchased some set of Bags online from site called Bagsplanet order Id no-#5690 dated 08 Nov 17 not delivered till now. I paid the full amount sum of Rs 1860/- through my card. I have not received the said goods, inspite of several msgs, no response from the Bagsplanet site.
Requesting you pl resolve this.
