Complaint against cable operator regarding settop box

Regarding Settop Box. I have two settop box of fast way. i lodged complaint to the cable operator and fast way that one settop box not display the Chardikala Time TV from last one month but neither the cable TV operator nor Fast way solved/restart the said channel on my settop box till date.
