Complaint against cable TV service provider Monitor Network

I have been using the SCV cable TV connection for the past 20 years. Now in the recent past I have been facing lot of issues with their service. Now from October 30th 2017, we have the service disrupted. I have called the operator – Monitor Network almost 50 times but they don’t even have the courtesy to attend my calls. I would like to lodge a complaint against this careless and arrogant attitude of the operator.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.2,500/- – Mr. Komal Prabhu of Bicholim, Goa had returned a product to Yepme against order 32865300 dt.21-11-2016 and was expecting refund from them.
