Complaint against Cello India for no service in warranty

I have purchased Cello Blend N Grind Jucimatic 800-Watt Juicer (Green) | B07MDWBTJK ( B07MDWBTJK ) from Amazon on 5th Feb2020 and product was in non working condtion after 20days. I have complained Cello India multiple times for resolving issue but no appropriate action was taken to resolve. I have faced many issues due to no working of product, kindly refund complete amount of product and take necessary action against Cello India to discontinue the product .Attaching invoice for reference.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
