I was using connect broad band for FTTH387074. I went to the store and requested do disconnect y broadband and to retain me as customer they offered me a free land line with unlimited STD and local calls, i agreed. Even after a month no one came to my place to install the same, i stopped using their connection but these people kept on sending me the bills. I went to their store in sector 47 chandigarh with my 2 year old kid to ask them to stop my connection, again to retain me they offered me a vavour to retain me as customer. To me harrasment the vavour they told me will be put in the bill was not done. I did not pay their bill and went to the store again, the lady at the customer care desk told me that she will get back to me in 2 days. Its been a month and no reply yet. I am not using the broadband and still they are sending me the bills and harrasing me. Kindly help.
