On 31st of July 2020 I have book a shipment in Delhivery. Com through their website to ship the parcel from siliguri to Guwahati, From 31 July to 4 August my shipment was not move from one location to another it was in Siliguri at their delivery hub, on 5th August after complaining continuously to their executive they shipped my parcel to Guwahati and now my parcel is at their delivery hub from 3 to 4 days, despite parcel is in destination city they are not shipping and delivering my parcel and when I complain they are not taking any ownership and are not cooperating. Its been more than 1 week they are not delivering my parcel and irony promise delivery date by the company was 3rd of August 2020. with AWB no 2829214417221

I have booked one courier through delhivery.com on 24 Sep 21 to Ahmedabad location. It been 15 days still my package is not delivered. Despite having that courier in Ahmedabad Delhivery hub f om 07 Oct 21. Kinldy do let me know the official process to initiate the complaint against Delhivery. Very pathetic customer services. Phone numbers are working and even fro mails also they are not responding. My SR Number is – 211915343
