Complaint against Dream Home Furnishings Fanzart dealer

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against a dealer of Fanzart Delhi Showroom, located in Kirti Nagar, Delhi.
On June 8, 2024, I placed an order for seven fans from the dealer in my mother’s name and paid an advance amount of ?10,000 at the time of booking. I will attach the bill for this advance payment as proof. Subsequently, I paid the remaining amount of ?2,27,000 in the following installments:
?1,20,000 via cash transfer on 8th June 2024
?49,000 + ?49,000 on 10th June 2024
?9,000 on 12th June 2024
At the time of booking, I was assured that all fans would be delivered within a week after full payment. However, the delivery process was extremely delayed and mismanaged: Two fans were delivered only after one month. Another two fans arrived a month later. The Chatri fan, which was one of the ordered fans, had to be canceled because it could not be installed at the intended location.
For this canceled fan, a refund of ?16,000 was processed on 6th August 2024, but the MRP after the 25% discount was actually ?16,500. Despite repeated follow-ups, the vendor refused to refund the remaining ?500. I will attach proof of the refund.
The most significant issue involves the Windflower Gold fan, which was neither delivered nor refunded: I was repeatedly assured over a period of 6 months that the fan would be delivered “soon.” Upon directly contacting Fanzart’s main office, I discovered that the Windflower Gold fan had been discontinued long before I placed my order.
The dealer knowingly misled me about the availability of this fan, and even after this discovery, he refused to refund the amount of ?36,000 for the undelivered fan.
Since then, he has stopped answering my calls, leaving me with no choice but to escalate this matter.
