Complaint against DTDC for non-delivery of consignment

Post 4.4 months also DTDC have not delivered my consignment Value: 6500. I have not received my consignement  from DTDC since more than 4.5 months. Raised lot of complains on Facebook, Twitter, DTDC customercare(Case#16516098), but still there is no luck. Please help me in getting my parcel.
