On 20th Nov2019 ,a lady named Rxxxa from DV Enterprises offered me a job of data entry work from home and said me to send my Adhar card.Although,I always inquire about every company on net in advance but on that day I foolishly believed on her and send it.She did my registration.
Then she said that there will be a confirmation call in which you have to say only Yes .After some time an another lady called me and told some rules but her voice was not audible and when I want to ask something from her then she said that I’ll call you later.
Again Rxxxa called me and said you have to say only Yes on that call and you don’t have to ask any question. Again same lady called me and again she was not properly audible only it was audible that” Do you want to do work ?”
After some time they send me an agreement on which my full address whereas in their address only Gujrat was written.date was also not mentioned .At the top 19-09-2019 was written. (On that day date was 20-11-2019)On one page it was written that this agreement will be applicable for 11 months.
They’ll send me 8 days work which was to be done from 21st Nov to 28th Nov 2019.
I feel something doubtful and I checked on net so I have seen so many complaints against them and so on the same day, I refused to work with them.I denied on confirmation mail on which they also sent me agreement that agreement was not shown me in advance and that lady ,who has done confirmation call her voice was also not audible.
Now today they called me that we have registered case against you as you have denied to do work (whereas I denied to do the work on the same day i.e. on 20th Nov 2019 and there work’s timeline was to be started from 21st Nov to 28th Nov,2019 )and you should also have to pay utility charges .
Kindly suggest me what to do
