Non Delivery of Insurance policy and Green Tax receipt. Value: Rs. 5,550/-. I had booked Express Packers and Movers, Delhi for transporting my household goods from Delhi to Mohali. The goods were transported on 27/06/2018 and the total amount charged was around Rs. 30,000/-. The amount included Insurance amount of Rs. 4,050/-and Green Tax amount of Rs. 1,500/-. After shifting of goods, I had to apply for reimbursement and as such called for Insurance policy and Green Tax receipt. But till date, I have not received the same. From yesterday, they have stopped picking my number too.
